Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items marked as final sale
• Customized or altered products
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for incorrect sizes, defective products, or wrong items delivered, subject to product availability.

Refunds

Once returned items are received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
